Once your piece arrives (and sometimes even before) it begins bonding and resonating with your energy. There are no coincidences and there is a reason you were meant to welcome a Spirit or Spellcast item.
If you received the wrong item, contact me ASAP for a speedy resolution. If your item arrives damaged, I will offer a replacement within 3 days. You will need to return the damaged item to me and you will be responsible for return shipping fees (*you must add insurance). The replacement will either be the same type of item or a similar item.You cannot exchange one item for another. If your item breaks or becomes damaged after 3 days of receipt, I am no longer responsible for wear.
